Allie is a senior at Stillwater. She loves to hangout with her friends. If she isn’t with her friends or family, you can usually find her shopping. She buys lots of clothes and shoes. She also likes to sleep whenever she has time. If she isn't doing any of those things, she is probably on Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat.

Students and teachers going on the trip to Guatemala and Belize have special made t-shirts to wear while exploring. I think the t-shirts are a really cute and fun idea. Im excited for all of us to show up to the airport together in them, senior Cela Peterson says.

The BOLD proposal was first introduced Dec. 17 discussing the closure of Marine, Withrow and Oak Park Elementary schools. The decision was delayed until March 3 after request by Superintendent Pontrelli. We were hoping from the meeting that it would be a no vote and that they listen to the community and are willing to move forward and have community involvement in it, Withrow resident Debra Wagner says.

Stickler plays strong defense on the field and will be back this season to play the sport she loves. This wasnt easy, Stickler had to push herself and stay motivated to work to recover. I kept a little book of things where I wrote what was super important to me throughout my recovery. I also had a journal where once in a while I would jot things down and look back on it when I needed motivation, Stickler says.

The Pony Express staff comes together for the MHSPA (Minnesota High School Press Association) convention where 8 seniors on the star recieved awards. Its an honor that we won and I definitely think we deserved it. All the hours after school really pays off, senior Jordan Fulin stated.

Howlett was infamously known for making the White Pony Center an inviting place for students just swinging by and even those in trouble, by his inviting demeanor. Sometimes it drove me nuts. I told him [Howlett] that those naughty kids needed discipline, but he would say something like, Shelly, he doesnt have a dad, or something along those lines, secretary Shelly Enhelder says.

When he was finished, he thanked the students for their generosity as well as their commitment to keep the lunchroom clean. “I thought it was hilarious that he actually dressed up like Elsa,” said senior Ellie Anderson. “He owned the tweet that referred Stillwater to Frozen and him to Elsa.”
