Senior Soel Riser commits to Mankato for track and his academics. Riser competes in the relay and runs the 400.
Marilyn Ruddy has been working in education for over 30 years. For the past 15 years she has been a substitute teacher in the school district. She recently became a full time sub at the high school, and has impacted many students.
This picture was taken in Washington D.C. for a band tour on March 9. This demonstrates how many things Nguyen has participated in through his high school years.
Junior Coolsjes Singhvi poses at the 2023 National Speech and Debate tournament last summer. The tournament was held in Arizona and select students were invited from the Speech and Debate teams.

Senior Esmeralda Palma-Andrade prepares for her next art competition in White Bear Lake; she attaches wire to the back of her painting so it can hang in a gallery. Palma-Andrade is being mentored by another student in her art class after she asked for help, the whole class works together to help one another.
Senior Mallory Otsuka is an organized and busy leader. Her contribution to the arts department has made an incredible impact on many students.
A segment of the high school gym as of February where Cooper Hodgedon pursues his hobby of weightlifting. There are many specialty machines that Hodgedon uses to do isolated muscle workouts that he can not do with weights. The machines are usually empty when he wants to use them which is a luxury that most gyms do not have and is why Hodgedon uses this gym.
Sophmores Rhaya Bastyr and Marla Brandt are the owners of B Nails. Their goal is to start a nail business more affordable for teens.
Freshman Elena Metzger stands with her projects that got her to win grand champion in the art fair. Metzger won grand champion of the art fair, second place in photography, and first place in multimedia.
Junior Gabriel Strand poses for photo during French Club. Strand spends a lot of his time with Madame Jackie Parr either in French Club or simply hanging out after school. Strand and Parr have a strong bond, due to constant interactions aided by his perfect attendance.
