The Shire offered a blogging class hosted by Kim Roeschlein and her son Eli. Eight students attended this class and learned the ins and outs of blogging. Stephani knew I had a blog and she suggested I teach this class, Roeschlein says.

The BOLD proposal was first introduced Dec. 17 discussing the closure of Marine, Withrow and Oak Park Elementary schools. The decision was delayed until March 3 after request by Superintendent Pontrelli. We were hoping from the meeting that it would be a no vote and that they listen to the community and are willing to move forward and have community involvement in it, Withrow resident Debra Wagner says.

Stickler plays strong defense on the field and will be back this season to play the sport she loves. This wasnt easy, Stickler had to push herself and stay motivated to work to recover. I kept a little book of things where I wrote what was super important to me throughout my recovery. I also had a journal where once in a while I would jot things down and look back on it when I needed motivation, Stickler says.
