Mites players cheering on their teammates from the sidelines after one had scored a goal during the three on three tournament. Many memories were made and the mites had a lot of fun during this hockey festival which made for a fun-filled weekend for mites hockey players. "It was super family friendly. I saw tons of families. Grandparents, brothers and sisters, parents watching these kids. It was great pond hockey like old fashioned pond hockey which was fun for the kids," says Ligday. "It was a great family event and atmosphere," Glanzer adds.

Senior and student ambassador Paige Anderson advises an incoming sophomore at Pony Possibilities night. As a part of the ambassadors program, she helps advise students about classes they should take from a high schooler's, rather than a teacher’s perspective. Pictured is the outside of the bath and body shop on Main Street downtown. Although this is owner Meg DiMercurio’s first store in Stillwater, it is not her first store created. Her first store was established in Buffalo Minnesota, and still sells product there today. After great success at her Buffalo location, as well the exceptional amount of buyers in the Stillwater area, DiMercurio decided to add another store right here in Stillwater. Modern Roots has become DiMercurio’s passion, however sometimes looking back she contemplates how she began her journey to get to the successful point she is at today. DiMercurio explains, “Even my mom asked me ‘Did you think you would be doing this?’, and I said ‘No!’ But I have found my passion.”
