Winter intramurals bring competition

Junior Jack Nelson and his partner are getting ready for the intramural badminton tournament. Nelson explained why he likes to play with all of his band friends, "It allows us to bond with a different common activity."

Everyone participating are listening to the rules about the tournament. Senior Teme Wessel is a participant and explained if he thought the rules are hard, "They are pretty easy to catch on to because I’m in team sports."

Badminton participants and senior team mates Sam Clark and Andrew Hoy were talking before the tournament. Clark explained how to prepare, "You have to take 10 min to get in the right mindset and you have to be the birdie."

Junior Joe Weber is preparing for the badminton tournament. Weber explained why he participated, "I love badminton, doing it for school spirit and I love it."
