Andrew Wilcek is a 16 year old junior who attends Stillwater Area High School. Wilcek plays football and baseball. Wilcek is also an intramural basketball legend with his team, who are big conetenders to win it all this year. In his free time Wilcek enjoys hanging with friends, fishing and driving his 03' Buick.

Baseball starts season training in Kansas City

Senior Graham Laubscher hitting ground balls at captain practice, that take part on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Laubscher says, “Captain practices are a great way to shake off the rust for the season.”

Captains Thomas Bruchu and Austin Murr jogging out to captains practice. Murr says, “Captains practices, weight room, hitting on Monday and Wednesday nights are great options to get in shape for the season.”

The team has been doing optional hitting on Monday and Wednesdays for the past couple of months. Junior Mark Roettger says, “I use it as an opportunity to get better every practice.”

The A league plays on the wood courts, like the synthetic courts they have two games going at a time. Senior Noah Jakupciak says, “I like playing on the wood courts because it's really nice and the same court the school team plays on.”
