Technology varies in impact on teen health
Everyday, students include technology in their daily routine. Whether it’s checking Instagram or taking pictures, students use technology and screens a substantially large amounts. Although technology benefits students, it can also hurt the students’ health and social wellbeing. Using screens in large amounts can damage the eyes and also decrease sleep. However, technology can be beneficial to students’ health. Apps can help with tracking exercise or nutrients. Over all, technology can benefit the health of students, but an excessive amount can lead to issues with health.
