Starbucks now has a secret menu that everyone seems to be craving. This is an online menu with combinations that are unimaginable for frappuccinos, drinks, sizes, teas and deals. It almost seems like there is an endless amount of recipes. Visit www.starbuckssecretmenu.net to see the craze.

The Starbucks secret menu has many things to offer which includes secret sizes. The menu shares that there is a size called trenta. Trenta is the biggest size available and it holds 31 ounces. That size is only for iced drinks and only $0.50 more than venti. Also there is a secret size called short. You can order a tall, grande, venti, but also get a less expensive drink called the short.

Sophomore Alex Knapp said, “I don’t go to Starbucks very often, but once in a while I do especially before school. I did hear about the secret menu from my friend which was nice because I can’t drink a lot of coffee without feeling sick so when I heard about the short size I was very pleased.”

For all of the tea lovers, there are eight teas on the secret menu that are not advertised on the regular menu. These include Pumpkin Spice Choco-Chai, Chapple Tea Latte, Peach Ring Tea, London Fog, Strawberry Lemonade Tea, Berry Hibiscus Passion Tea, Poor Man’s Chai Latte and Apple Juice Orange Blossom.

Senior Caroline Mercer, employee at Starbucks said, “I really like trying some of the combinations people come up with. They can be really interesting, and it’s fun to make some weird stuff when it’s not busy at work.”

With the great, different choices this secret menu is offering, Starbucks sure seems to be the hot spot. Lots of highschoolers go there right after school or adults on their way to and from work. Even if the employee doesn’t know exactly how to make the drink, if customers bring in the recipe they can make the unique request.

Mercer also said, “It’s special recipes for drinks that aren’t actually on the menu. For example, people ask for Cotton Candy Frappuccinos a lot, but it’s not actually a menu item. After a while, most baristas start to understand what these things mean, like how the cotton candy frappuccino is actually just a Vanilla Bean with a pump of raspberry syrup.”

The Starbucks secret menu is something coffee lovers should check out. Make sure to bring in the recipe incase the employee doesn’t know of the drink. The menu is easy to use and easy to access. Just type Starbucks secret menu in on Google and there it is.  This menu seems to have a unique drink to please almost anyone.
