Kids Oasis opens a new play place
John and Kelly Daily are changing the norm this January when they will open a 3,000 square ft. indoor play place next to their already existing toy shop, Kids Oasis. This play place will include a place for children to engage in creative play and will be open on weekdays and Saturdays for walk in play time.
The idea for indoor play spaces came out of the requests from customers of John and Kelly Daily’s toy shop. Their customers wanted an indoor activity space in Stillwater instead of having to go to other nearby activity spaces in Hudson, White Bear and Woodbury.
“We had a lot of requests for an indoor activity space. We have an activity space in the back of the store but the store does not host birthday parties and some of our surrounding communities had indoor play spaces”, said John.
The play place will have a focus on creative play and there will be a play town where kids will be able to play in places like a train depot, grocery store and a hardware store.
“It is creative play so the little ones get to go in different stores and play town in the grocery store, the train depot, and the hardware store”, said John.

“There will be a beach with special silica free sand for the little ones to play in. There will also be a soft play toddler play area as well”, said John.
Kids Oasis is not only for going inside during the winter, it will also be open during the rest of the year.
“Open play hours are Monday through Saturday in the mornings and the afternoon,evenings and Sunday it will be available for meeting rental and birthday parties. It will be year round”, John said.
In the Kids Oasis, there will be some of the product lines that John and Kelly Daily carry in their toy store Gammy and Gumpy’s will have some of their creative toys the little ones can play with in Kids Oasis.

Nice article. It really communicates the story well, and has a lot of detail. I can tell that you had some great interview questions because the quotes that they generated are superb. I did notice a sentence was formatted differently from the rest of the article, which was a little strange. Overall, though, great job!
