Create & Paint helps Stillwater get creative
April 4, 2014
On Mar. 1, the paint-your-own pottery and canvas studio, located on Chestnut Street East, became available for scheduled events or walk-ins.
The “no pressure” atmosphere encourages people of all ages and abilities to come in and give it a try. The studio can host any event, from birthdays and bachelorette parties to showers and school outings. They provide all the materials for one flat fee, and have local coffee available.
Kari’s Create & Paint Studio is getting involved in the community by hosting events like “Toddler Tuesdays,” where you can come in with your kids and paint, and “Canvas and Wine,” for adults who just like to paint and have a good time.
The studio is open seven days a week, book an appointment or just walk-in to get your creativity flowing this spring.

This was a nice, short and informative article about the Create and Paint studio. I like how you point out how easy it is to go there and participate. The only thing I would have added is a quote by the owner or someone who has been there. Other than that it was a well-written brief.

The way this article was written really brought out the tone of the studio and made me want to go. The brief would have been stronger if a quote was included but nonetheless, it was written very well.
