The show Hockey Moms is local aired on channel 45 TV on Saturday nights at 6:30 p.m. The show tracks the exciting lives of four very different hockey moms from around the state of Minnesota. “My friends like it, they think its funny and entertaining,” junior Olivia Wojski says.

One of the four families that the follows is the Wojski Family. The Wojski family is composed of: Olivia (far left) is a junior at Stillwater High School, Gwen (middle) the spunky hockey mom and Truman the 8th grade hockey player. Olivia doesnt say much. Shes a little more introverted than I am, but she did agree to it. The producer really likes her, they think she really photogenic and and a natural. Truman gets really shy when the cameras are around, but the biggest surprise was all these girls from other school messaging him telling him that hes cute,” Gwen says.

Hockey Moms has become a trending local topic and because of the show Gwen has gotten many opportunities to go out and advertise the show. She gone radio and television shows to spread the word about the show. Something really exciting that happened was in the first two weeks that it aired I got do a lot of radio and television appearances. I did every major radio station there is and channel 45 news and TLC TV show. That gave the show lot of exposure and it was really fun to go the interviews, Gwen says.

Gwen Wojski and her family star in the new show Hockey Moms. Gwen and her son 8th grade Truman Wojski talk about the show and how its going. People have been really nice even though its a low budget TV show. The people that i talk to they like it and think its funny, Gwen said.

The show Hockey Moms revolves around four different moms with four very different stories. Each one gives the show new perspective on what it is like to be hockey mom. You can see how different the moms are One is so mellow and has all those kids, one is kinda angry at the whole sport, and ones a little bit crazy and then me whos also a little crazy. I have a different story from the rest of the mothers. Im not a big hockey fan, I just have a kid in hockey, Gwen says.
