Choosing bed over breakfast
Some students do not eat breakfast every morning, or ever at all. This can be for a variety of reasons including not being able to cook, they want to sleep in, and the most common: simply not having enough time. Many students believe breakfast is very important, especially because it can cause a multitude of issues like weight gain, heart conditions, mood swings, and decrease of energy levels.
