North Korea's dictator, Kim Jong-Un now requires all male university students to have the same haircut as he has. Issues in the United Kingdom arose after a hair stylist attempted to drum up business with an ill-advised poster. The sign featured an image of Kim and the question, “Having a bad hair day?” The North Korean Embassy in London responded negatively to this advertisement.
