Belle Chanter traveled to Omaha, NE as their performance tour, and made stops along their journey to hear other choirs and show off their talent. One of their stops at Albert Lea High School was said to be especially interesting because of the people they met and became friends with for the short time they visited.

With prom approaching, students flock to stores to find their perfect dress or tux. However, the trend this year seems to be buying or borrowing dresses from other girls on the SAHS Prom Dresses 2014 facebook page.  Junior Rachel Hartwig said, “I think prom attire is really fun to shop for. I loved all the different options and styles I had to choose from while in the market for a dress. I really felt I could portray my personal style and personality in whatever dress I ended up choosing.”
