Officer Paradise’s life-saving event inspires her career in law enforcement
Officer Lindsey Paradise can be seen by students patrolling the hallways during the school day. Not many students know, however, that a life altering event took place during Paradise’s sophomore year at Fridley High School. Paradise was attending a high school basketball game when one of the coaches collapsed. She immediately took action and saved his life using the schools AED and her prior knowledge. This solidified her wishes of working in law enforcement.

I really liked this alternative copy. I thought the quotes were very descriptive of the events that ensued. I like the color the author chose for the background and I really like the way the picture of Officer Paradise was cut out.

This was an interesting read, but could have been better under a traditional copy. despite this you did a good job at laying out the graphic, but there is a lot of plain text that could have been exaggerated by making certain texts larger to stand out.

I liked the background color and the picture of Officer Paradise, but there is a lot of plain text and not a lot for visual aids. The article was very interesting though, and it was cool to hear exactly what happened.
